You can't reduce global productivity by yourself. You'd have to somehow outdo the millions of well paid middle managers whos normal routine is to come in and browse the internet everyday unless there is a meeting, and you can't beat them because they've been at it for YEARS.

We have sametime with lotus notes, great chat thing, you can even embed gifs. the mail system sucks though.
